My husband and I attended the @hopeful_acres gala recently. We won a $50 gift certificate to @grillhuisache @huisachegrill303. My first experience with Huisache Grill was having its charcuterie board as part of the picnic with @amazingco a few years ago. We visited this past Saturday for lunch. We started with the fried oysters as our appetizer. Dad ate the Turkey Sandwich with fries. Hubby had the Cheezy Burger. I had the Duck Salad. Everything was phenomenal and Jeffrey ensured we were covered, filling our drinks. It's definitely worth a trip from San Antonio to New Braunfels. Check it out!
Amazing place - highly recommend! Our party of three couples with three huge dogs stopped by for early dinner on one of the 100+ degree hot days and we were amazed! The staff was very welcoming to our dogs, offered Ivey water to them, found a peaceful place, brought extra fans, and so on. Thank you, Josephina, for creating the best first experience at this place. The Chief is ANAZING! Every dish was made with love. We will definitely visit again. Thank you 🙏
A delightful bastion of New Braunfels cuisine. I go here regularly and I am never disappointed. My favorite light bite is the salad trio sampler. The fried brie is also excellent. Main course dishes are all excellent, but a definite favorite is the pick two with beef medallions and grilled shrimp. Freshly baked bread, great wine selection, extremely friendly staff! Won’t beak the bank either.
I first discovered this restaurant about 15 years ago. I've honestly never been disappointed. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is wonderful. I especially love sitting outside on warmer, sunny days. It's beautiful.
An outstanding restaurant in New Braunfels that always pleases the palate. Tonight we had the charcuterie board, California sandwich, Aztec soup & the hot fresh dinner rolls. Everything was delicious! Huisache Grill is a must stop if you’re anywhere near New Braunfels and the service is friendly and helpful!
What an amazing birthday dinner! 🎉 Last night we had the most incredible experience at Huasachi Grill in New Braunfels and I’m still thinking about it. From the first bite to the last sip everything was absolutely outstanding. You could truly taste the freshness of the ingredients and the care put into every dish. Everything felt homemade and made from scratch. For appetizers we had the fried brie and fried oysters — both were to die for. Crispy, flavorful, and the perfect way to start the meal. For my main dish I had the duck breast with peach sauce and OMG… it was unbelievably tender. The peach sauce paired with it perfectly and the flavors were just incredible. And dessert… wow. Espresso with pecan bread pudding. No words. The perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable birthday dinner. It was my first time in New Braunfels and I absolutely LOVE this place. If you’re visiting the area, this spot is a MUST. We will definitely be back! ❤️✨:

My husband and I love it so much that we honestly don’t even want to try new places — why would we? The atmosphere and ambiance are just perfect, so relaxing and comfortable every single time. The service is consistently excellent, and you can tell the staff is well trained. Food is great - fried oysters with the jalapeño tartar - YUM! Great wine selection. Prices offer a lot of value. Just overall very relaxing every time.

We even bought a beautiful piece of art from their walls from a local artist. There were plenty of gluten free choices, as well, to the point it was difficult to choose. Oh, and as if it wasn't all fantastic enough already, we met ALAN TUDYK dining there on our way out, and he was absolutely charming. We even got a photo with him! We will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful experience at Hueisach Grill. The atmosphere was fantastic—warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed evening. When we arrived, we were seated outside on a chilly night, but it ended up being really cozy thanks to the fire pit and the covered patio bar. The food was excellent. I ordered the salmon, which was cooked perfectly, and we also shared the three-chip appetizer—everything was fresh and flavorful. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. This is a great spot to bring friends or family you actually want to talk with. It’s not overly loud or noisy, which made conversation easy and enjoyable. My only small downside is that they only offer beer and wine. A cocktail option would really take the experience up a notch. That said, it’s still a place I’d happily return to and recommend to others.
